A relaxing one hour Reflexology treatment in the comfort of your home for £48.
A portable reclining chair, stool and all necessary equipment will be set up in a room of your choice allowing you to experience the continued cleansing and therapeutic benefits after the session, without leaving the warmth and peace of your own home. All you need to provide is a quiet space, 2 medium towels and a blanket or throw to keep you warm during your treatment. I cover a wide radius from my base in Tenterden. Group Settings and Corporate Days are also available

A half hour consultation to discuss your health and emotional history followed by a one hour reflexology session which includes massage at the start and end.

through working the reflexes of the feet
Reflexology is a natural, holistic complementary therapy. Its purpose is to treat the whole person through stimulating the reflexes in the feet that correspond to the organs, systems and structures within the entire body.
By using special pressure techniques to stimulate the points on the feet and the hands, imbalances in the tissues, organs and systems of the body can be both detected and effectively treated to restore balance and wellbeing.
At your first appointment we will discuss your physical and emotional history and I will spend some time working your feet to assess them and to provide a series of relaxing massage techniques in readiness for your treatment.
The sole and top of both feet will be worked, treating the whole body.
The session ends with further massage techniques and you will be left to relax,
or in many cases sleep, for a short while, during which I will write up my notes from your treatment.
Through our discussions and my findings, I will tailor your next treatment to focus on specific reflex points . Each session will work the whole body with extra emphasis on certain reflexes as we progress.
